Procedure for Checking eKYC Status
Navigate to Upload KYC. If the status displays Approved, your documents have been verified by the administrator. Click Certificate to download the official certificate as an Eskayvie Nexus Entrepreneur.
How to Submit eKYC
Log in to your account via My Account. Select My Profile. Click on Upload KYC. Upload a copy of your identity card (front and back). Click Submit to submit your documents.

How to reset password in website?
Click Forgot Password, enter your registered username, then submit. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address

How to update profile details in website?
To update information such as your email or phone number, Go to My Account > My Profile > View Profile, update the required information, then click Update at the bottom right.
