What action will be taken in the event of misuse or violation of the terms?
Any misuse, violation, or non-compliance with the terms and conditions may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of all benefits without any compensation.
Does Eskayvie reserve the right to amend the terms of this plan?
Yes. Eskayvie reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this plan at any time without prior notice.
Can the subscription be cancelled?
Yes, the subscription may be cancelled. However, once cancelled, customers are required to restart the subscription from the beginning if they wish to rejoin this plan.
Will an invoice be issued for the free month?
Yes. For the sixth month, an invoice amounting to RM0 will be issued, and the EPV value will be 0.
Will the plan be automatically renewed after the subscription period ends?
No. This plan will not be automatically renewed upon expiry. Customers who wish to continue must place a new subscription.
What happens if a payment fails or is declined?
If a subscription payment fails or is declined, the system will attempt a total of four (4) payment retries as follows: One (1) attempt on the customer’s scheduled monthly billing date; and Three (3) automatic attempts on three (3) consecutive days ...
Will my card be charged for all five (5) months at once after subscribing?
No. There is no one-off payment. Your card or e-Wallet will be charged on a monthly basis via auto-debit. However, the first month’s payment must be successful for the subscription to continue.
What are the customer’s responsibilities regarding payment?
Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance in their debit/credit card or e-Wallet on each invoice date.
What payment methods are accepted?
Subscription payments are processed via auto-debit using debit cards, credit cards, or e-Wallets.
How is the subscription payment implemented?
Payments for the first five (5) months will be charged via auto-debit (paid). The sixth month is complimentary, and customers will receive a free product.
How can I view my subscription list?
Please log in to My Account → Subscription List. Enter the Date From and Date To, then click Search to view your subscription list.
Is self-pickup available?
Yes. Self-pickup is available at the following locations: HQ Shah Alam DC Kota Bharu DC Sarawak DC Sabah DC Singapore
When will the product be delivered?
Delivery will be processed once the auto-debit payment has been successfully charged.
Can I combine different combo sets under one subscription?
No. Each subscription is limited to one (1) combo set only. However, customers are allowed to subscribe to more than one (1) quantity of the same combo set within a single subscription.
Can I change the combo set after subscribing?

Can I increase the product quantity during the subscription period?
No. Once the subscription is successfully activated, customers are not allowed to increase the product quantity throughout the subscription period. Customers who wish to purchase additional quantities must place a new subscription.
When will I receive the free product under this subscription plan?
The complimentary combo product will be delivered in the final month of the subscription, which is the sixth month.
What is the subscription concept for this plan?
This plan follows a 6-month subscription concept, where customers pay for 5 months and receive the sixth month’s product free of charge.
