How to place order on website?

Step 1: Go to our official website - https://eskayvie.com

Click the three-line menu icon (hamburger menu) at the top left to the login page.

Step 2: Enter your Username & click Forgot password

Click Shop Products > select the product you wish to purchase > Add to Cart.
(You may also search for the product using the search bar at the bottom right.)

Step 3:
Once the product is successfully added, click View Cart to view your shopping cart.

Step 4: Click Proceed to Checkout and fill in the complete customer information.
(Please ensure all details are correct.)

Step 5: Click Continue to Shipping and select your preferred shipping method.

Step 6: Click Continue to Payment and tick the agreement for the terms and conditions.

Step 7: Click Pay Now (please review your order before proceeding with payment), then choose your preferred payment method:

Razorpay (Online / E-wallet / Card) or Sales Wallet (if using Sales Wallet, kindly untick Razorpay) / Bank Transfer (Upload bank receipt)

Step 8: Order confirmation will be displayed once payment is successful.
