How can I check the status of my order?

Step 1:       Log in to eskayvie.com using your username

Click the three-line menu at the top left, then select Login. Enter your username and password to log in.

Step 2:      Go to My Account, click “Menu”, then select “Purchase Details”.

Step 3:      Check Order Status (To Ship / Complete / Cancelled).

You can check your order status under the available tabs, such as “To Ship”, “Complete”, or “Cancelled”.
